On January 22, 2025, the Representative Office of the International Solidarity Fund in Ukraine and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine signed a Memorandum of Cooperation and discussed common goals and objectives within the framework of further work on the implementation of projects.

The meeting was attended by: Chairman of the Board of the International Solidarity Fund Justyna Yanishevska, Head of the International Solidarity Fund Representative Office in Ukraine Pavel Kost, Program Coordinator of the International Solidarity Fund Lydia Litvinchuk, Deputy Minister of Education and Science Dmytro Zavgorodny, Director General of the Directorate of Vocational Education of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine Iryna Shumik, and employees of the Ministry of Education and Science.

We would like to remind you that the FSM team has been actively cooperating with the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine since 2019, in particular in the field of reforming vocational education. Currently, in addition to advisory and organizational support, FSM also focuses its efforts on increasing the attractiveness of vocational education, building the capacities of vocational and pre-higher education institutions through the implementation of grant programs.

We are confident that further cooperation with colleagues from the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine on the modernization of vocational education will be even more fruitful. This will provide the country with qualified personnel necessary for the restoration of the economy on the path to European integration.
